Body Image Bootcamp- Baja

Teri Hofford hosts a retreat in Baja designed to help people connect and learn more about their body image and self worth so they can free up energy for bigger and better things.

Additional time for photoshoot, exploration and beach time are scheduled, along with incredible meals with ingredients from local farms.

Join us for a week in the stunning landscape of Ireland as we connect to our bodies and selves, exploring the beautiful environment, indulging in deep conversations over dinner, and joyfully expressing ourselves along the way. This retreat is less focused on education and more focused on embodiment, encouraging us to experience this magical life with the bodies we have right now.
